Department (or Institute) operations and development are primarily driven by the "Department Operations Meeting" through coordination among nine committees, supplemented by self-evaluation and self-monitoring mechanisms. These processes regularly review the department’s development direction, curriculum planning, and teaching and research performance. The committees include: the Department Development Committee, Faculty Evaluation Committee, Research and Development Committee, Curriculum and Course Selection Guidance Committee, Employment and Internship Committee, Admissions Committee, Information Competency and Competition Guidance Committee, Project Production Guidance Committee, and Facilities Committee.
